Car
From the center of Happy Valley, get onto US-322 East. Follow US-322 for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit for PA-45 East toward Millheim. Continue on PA-45 for about 3 miles until you reach Siglerville Millheim Pike. Turn left onto Siglerville Millheim Pike. After about 1 mile, Bells Majestic View will be on your right. There is no fee for parking at the scenic spot.

Public Transportation
From downtown Happy Valley, take the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) bus route that services the area towards Millheim. You may need to transfer at the CATA hub to get on the right route. Get off at the Millheim stop and then walk approximately 1.5 miles to Siglerville Millheim Pike. Follow the road until you reach Bells Majestic View on your left. Be sure to check the CATA schedule for up-to-date times, as there may be a fare for the bus ride.

Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can start from downtown Happy Valley and head towards US-322. Follow the bike lanes until you reach PA-45 East. Be cautious as this road can be busy with traffic. Once on PA-45, continue for about 3 miles, and then turn left onto Siglerville Millheim Pike. Bells Majestic View will be approximately 1 mile down the road on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic laws.

If you're in the nearby area and wish to walk, start at the Millheim community center and head south on PA-45 East. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Siglerville Millheim Pike. Continue walking for about 1 mile, and you will find Bells Majestic View on your right. This route is scenic, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes, and be aware of traffic as you walk along the road.
