If you're driving from Main Line, take the PA-476 S (Blue Route) towards Philadelphia. Merge onto I-76 E and follow the signs for I-676 E. Take exit 344 for 8th St toward Convention Center. Continue on 8th St, then turn right onto Arch St. Finally, turn left onto 2nd St, and then left onto Chestnut St. The United States Custom House will be on your right at 200 Chestnut St. Be aware that parking in the area may incur fees, typically around $20-$30 depending on the lot.

From any station in Main Line, take a SEPTA Regional Rail train towards Philadelphia. Alight at the 30th Street Station. From the station, you can transfer to the Market-Frankford Line subway. Walk east on Market St, then turn left onto 2nd St, and finally turn right onto Chestnut St. The United States Custom House will be on your left at 200 Chestnut St. A ticket on the Regional Rail costs approximately $8, and the subway fare is about $2.50.
