Take exit 28 for PA-832 N toward Presque Isle State Park. Continue on PA-832 N, which becomes Peninsula Drive. Follow Peninsula Drive until you reach the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, located at 301 Peninsula Dr, Erie, PA 16505. There is free parking available at the center.
