From Center City Philadelphia, head to the Greyhound station located at 1001 Filbert St. Take the Greyhound bus to Wilmington, DE. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Wilmington Greyhound station, exit the station and walk to the nearest bus stop on 8th St. Catch the DART bus #33 towards Christiana Mall and get off at the Rosa Parks Dr stop. Tubman Garrett Riverfront Park will be directly in front of you.

Travel to the Wilmington station via Amtrak or SEPTA. If using SEPTA, board the train at Jefferson Station (formerly known as the Market East Station) on the Wilmington/Newark Line. The train ride takes roughly 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Wilmington station, exit and walk towards Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Take a left and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Rosa Parks Dr. The park entrance will be on your right.
