Walking
If you're starting from the Fairmount neighborhood, head towards the eastern edge of Fairmount Park. You can access the park from the intersection of Fairmount Avenue and 24th Street. Walk along the park paths, heading west. You will find signs directing you towards the Schuylkill River and the various park attractions. Continue walking until you reach the park's edge along the river, then follow the path north along the riverbank until you reach the area known as The Cliffs, located at approximately 39.9794 latitude and -75.1941 longitude.

Public Transit (Bus)
From Fairmount, you can take the SEPTA bus route 7 at the nearest bus stop. Board the bus heading toward the west (check the schedule for exact times). Ride for approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic, and get off at the stop closest to 30th Street Station. From there, you can walk to The Cliffs. Head west on Chestnut Street, then turn left on 30th Street, and follow the pedestrian paths to reach The Cliffs.

You can also take the Market-Frankford Line from the nearest subway station in Fairmount. Travel to 69th Street Terminal. From there, transfer to the 104 bus heading toward 69th Street. After about 15 minutes, disembark at the stop for The Cliffs. This option may take longer but provides a scenic view of the area.
