If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the city of Huaraz, which is the main city in Ancash. From Huaraz, take the PE-3N highway heading southeast towards Carhuaz. Once you reach the town of Carhuaz, continue on the same road until you reach the entrance to Huascarán National Park. The entrance fee is approximately 30 soles per person. After entering, follow the signs to the Huascarán peak, which is well-marked but may require some time to navigate through the park roads. Make sure to have a map or GPS for the best routes.
