Buses depart regularly from the main bus terminal in Cusco (Cruz del Sur and other companies). The cost is typically around 30-50 soles. Upon arrival in Abancay, transfer to a smaller bus or shared taxi heading to Cachora, which takes about 1 hour (cost approximately 10-15 soles). In Cachora, you will need to walk or hire a local guide for the trek to Choquequirao, which is about 20 kilometers and takes 4-6 hours.
