From the central area of Miraflores, head south on Av. José Larco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. de la Cultura. Turn left onto Av. de la Cultura and walk for about 10 minutes. Once you reach the Plaza de Armas, continue walking south on Calle Zela. Plaza San Francisco will be on your left at C. Zela 202.
