If you are driving from the main square in Cusco (Plaza de Armas), head southeast on Av. El Sol. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Pardo. Turn left onto Av. Pardo and continue until you reach Av. La Cultura. Turn right onto Av. La Cultura and after a short distance, take a left onto Av. de la Revolución. This will lead you into the Centro Histórico area. Look for Calle Loreto, it will be on your right. The final destination, F2JF+J4V, Loreto, is just off Calle Loreto.

From the main square in Cusco (Plaza de Armas), you can take a local bus or shared taxi (colectivo) heading towards Centro Histórico. Ask the driver to drop you off near Calle Loreto. Once you arrive in the area, walk towards the intersection of Av. de la Revolución and Calle Loreto. The historical landmark at F2JF+J4V, Loreto will be nearby. Make sure to keep an eye on street signs as you walk.
