Car
From your current location in Ausangate Trek, head towards the city of Cusco. Use the main road leading northwest out of the trekking area, following signs for Cusco. Once you reach Cusco, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. de La Cultura. Turn left onto Av. de La Cultura, and then take a right onto Av. Huayruropata. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the address 3S 418, Cusco 08210. Look for the signs indicating Rumicolca, as it is a well-known archaeological site.
Public Transportation
To get to Rumicolca from Ausangate Trek using public transport, first make your way to the nearest bus station that services routes to Cusco. Once you are at the bus station, take a bus heading to Cusco. The ride will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Upon arriving in Cusco, you can either walk or take a taxi. If walking, head to Av. de La Cultura and turn left, then take a right onto Av. Huayruropata. Continue on this road until you reach 3S 418, where Rumicolca is located.
