If you are traveling by car, drive towards Chivay, the nearest town to the Planetarium and Observatory Colca. From the main road (Route 34), take the exit towards Chivay. Once you arrive in Chivay, navigate to Ramon Castilla street. The observatory is located at 422 Ramon Castilla. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the Planetarium and Observatory Colca via public transportation, take a bus from Arequipa to Chivay. Buses leave frequently from the Arequipa bus terminal and the trip takes about 4 to 5 hours. Once in Chivay, you can either walk or take a taxi to Ramon Castilla 422. The observatory is about a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal. Taxis are available at the terminal and should cost around 5-10 soles.
