Public Transport
From the main square in Cusco (Plaza de Armas), take a collectivo (shared taxi) heading towards the town of Chinchero. These collectivos can be found on Avenida de la Cultura, near the Plaza. The fare is usually around 5-10 soles. After about 30-40 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection for Canincunca. You will know you are near when you see signs for the area. Once you get off, walk for about 10-15 minutes along the dirt road until you arrive at Capilla de la Virgen Purificada de Canincunca, which is located on your right.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from the Plaza de Armas, head towards Avenida El Sol and then turn onto Avenida de la Cultura. Follow this avenue until you reach the bus terminal at the end of the street. From there, you can catch a collectivo to Chinchero as mentioned above, or you can walk along the road to Canincunca, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Be sure to bring water and wear comfortable shoes, as the walk includes some uphill sections.
