Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head southeast on Calle del Medio until you reach Avenida El Sol. Turn right on Avenida El Sol and walk for about 10-15 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 28 de Julio. Plaza Túpac Amaru will be on your right, just a short walk from the intersection.

    From the San Pedro Market, exit the market and head south on Calle San Pedro. Continue until you reach Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol and walk straight for about 10-12 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Avenida 28 de Julio, Plaza Túpac Amaru will be on your right.

    If you're coming from the Wanchaq area, start at the Wanchaq train station. Head north on Avenida La Cultura and then turn left onto Avenida 28 de Julio.
