If you are in the city center of Iquitos, start at Plaza de Armas (the main square). From the plaza, head east on Calle Putumayo until you reach the intersection with Avenida La Marina. Turn left onto Avenida La Marina. Continue straight until you reach Huallaga Street. Turn right onto Huallaga Street. Keep walking for about 5 minutes, and you will find Maniti Expeditions Amazon Eco-Lodge & Tours at Huallaga 210 on your right.

Find a mototaxi (a small motorcycle taxi) from your location in Iquitos. Tell the driver to take you to Huallaga 210, Iquitos. Make sure to confirm the price before you start the ride. The journey should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will see Maniti Expeditions Amazon Eco-Lodge & Tours on your left.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop. From Plaza de Armas, head east on Calle Putumayo and turn left onto Avenida La Marina.
