Walking
From the central square of Aguas Calientes, head east on Avenida Pachacutec. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Imperio de los Incas. Turn left onto Avenida Imperio de los Incas. The entrance to Mirador Río Vilcanota Park will be on your right after approximately 10 minutes of walking. Look for a sign indicating the park entrance.

If you are staying at a hotel closer to the river, exit your hotel and head towards the main road (Avenida Pachacutec). Walk towards the northeast until you reach the intersection with Avenida Imperio de los Incas. Turn right and continue walking straight for about 5 minutes. The entrance to Mirador Río Vilcanota Park will be on your right.

For a more scenic route, consider hiking from Aguas Calientes to the park. Take the trail that leads along the banks of the Vilcanota River. Follow the river upstream for about 30-40 minutes. You will eventually see signs for Mirador Río Vilcanota Park.
