From the central square of Aguas Calientes, head east on Avenida Pachacutec. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Imperio de los Incas. Turn left onto Avenida Imperio de los Incas. The entrance to Mirador Río Vilcanota Park will be on your right after approximately 10 minutes of walking. Look for a sign indicating the park entrance.
