Walking
From the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Puno, head northwest on Avenida Lima towards Avenida 28 de Julio. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida De La Cultura. Turn left onto Avenida De La Cultura and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. As you approach the Huajsapata Hill, continue following signs that lead towards the Mirador Manco Capac. The entrance is located at coordinates 5X59+HCJ, which is just a short uphill walk from the main road. The viewpoint offers stunning views of Lake Titicaca and the city of Puno.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From the main square (Plaza de Armas), look for a minibus heading towards 'Huajsapata'. These minibuses regularly depart from the Plaza. Once on the minibus, ask the driver to let you off near the Huajsapata Hill. After getting off, walk uphill for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the Mirador Manco Capac located at 5X59+HCJ. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.
