If you're traveling by car, start by making your way to the town of Quehue, which is approximately 3.5 hours from Cusco. Follow the signs on the Pan-American Highway (Route 1) towards Abancay, then take Route 30C towards Quehue. Once in Quehue, look for the signs directing you to the Q’eswachaka Rope Bridge. Continue on the dirt road for about 30 minutes until you reach the bridge. Be aware that the road may be rough and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, first take a bus from Cusco to Abancay, which usually takes about 3 hours. Buses leave frequently from the Terminal Terrestre in Cusco. Upon reaching Abancay, transfer to a local minibus heading to Quehue, a journey that takes about 1 hour. Once in Quehue, you can hire a taxi to take you to the Q’eswachaka Rope Bridge, which is about a 30-minute drive away. The taxi ride should cost around 20-30 soles.

If you enjoy hiking and are already in the vicinity of the Q’eswachaka Rope Bridge, you can reach it by walking from Quehue. The hike is approximately 8 kilometers and will take about 2 hours.
