Getting There

    From Trujillo city center, head to the main bus terminal, which is located near Av. España. Look for a bus that is heading towards Huanchaco. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Huanchaco, ask the bus driver to drop you off near the Muelle de Huanchaco, and they will point you in the right direction.

  • Taxi/Shared Taxi (Colectivo)

    You can also take a taxi or a shared taxi (colectivo) from Trujillo. Head to the main square (Plaza de Armas) and look for taxis or colectivos that have 'Huanchaco' written on them. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to go to Muelle de Huanchaco, and they will take you there directly.
