If you are starting from Plaza de Armas, head east towards Av. 28 de Julio. Continue straight along Av. 28 de Julio for about 5 blocks until you reach the intersection with Jirón Huamanga. Turn left onto Jirón Huamanga and walk for 2 blocks. At the end of Jirón Huamanga, turn right onto Jirón Ayacucho. Continue walking for about 3 blocks until you reach number 372 on the left side of the street.

From Plaza de Armas, you can take a local minibus or combi heading towards 'Centro Histórico' or 'Mercado Central.' Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Plaza de Armas' stop.
