After approximately 6 kilometers, you will see signs for Lagoa de Albufeira. Turn left onto the access road and follow it for about 2 kilometers until you reach the lagoon. Parking is available near the lagoon, but be mindful of any parking fees, which can vary depending on the season.

To reach Lagoa de Albufeira using public transport, take a bus from Lisbon to Sesimbra. The bus departs from Praça de Espanha Station in Lisbon and takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Sesimbra, you can take the local bus (Bus 203) that goes directly to Lagoa de Albufeira. This bus runs approximately every hour. Make sure to check the schedule ahead of time, as public transport may have limited services on weekends and holidays.
