From the center of Cascais, walk to the Cascais Bus Station, located at Av. da Liberdade. Look for the bus line that goes to Costa da Caparica. The bus number 403 will take you directly to Costa da Caparica. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Costa da Caparica bus terminal, exit the bus and follow the signs towards Praia Fonte da Telha, which is about a 15-minute walk away.

Train and Bus
Start from Cascais Train Station, which is located near the center. Take a train to Lisbon's Cais do Sodré Station. From there, transfer to the metro and take the green line to the terminal at 'Alameda.' From 'Alameda,' catch the bus number 153 towards Costa da Caparica. After about 30 minutes on the bus, you will arrive at Costa da Caparica. From the bus stop in Costa da Caparica, follow the directions to Praia Fonte da Telha, which is around a 20-minute walk.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Cascais. Head towards the coast on Av. de Sabóia, and follow the bike path along the coastline towards Costa da Caparica. The ride will take about 1 hour. Once you reach Costa da Caparica, follow the signs to Praia Fonte da Telha.

For those feeling adventurous and who enjoy walking, you can walk from Cascais to Costa da Caparica. Start on the coastal path from Cascais towards São João do Estoril, then continue along the beach promenade. The total walking distance is approximately 15 km, which may take around 3-4 hours depending on your pace. Once in Costa da Caparica, make your way towards Praia Fonte da Telha which is a short walk from the main area.
