If you're driving from the heart of Arrábida Natural Park, head south on N10 towards Setúbal. After about 15 km, continue onto the A2 motorway following signs for Lisbon. Take the exit towards Grândola/Tróia. Once you reach the Tróia Peninsula, follow the signs for Praia de Tróia Rio. The beach is located at the end of the peninsula, approximately 5 km from the entrance. Please be aware that parking may incur fees depending on where you park.
