Car
From Arrábida Natural Park, take the N379-1 road towards Setúbal. Continue on N379-1 until you reach the junction with the A2 motorway. Merge onto the A2 motorway in the direction of Lisbon. After about 30 minutes, take exit 14 towards Grândola. Follow the signs for Tróia and continue on the N253 road. Once you reach Tróia, follow the signs to Praiamar Tróia, located at Tróia, 7570-789 Grândola. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around €2-€5 per day.

Public Transportation
From Setúbal, take the bus line 5 (TST) towards Tróia. The journey takes around 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the Tróia stop. From there, you can walk towards Praiamar Tróia, which is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may vary, especially on weekends.

Ferry
If you're starting from Lisbon, you can take a ferry from Cais do Sodré to Cacilhas. From Cacilhas, catch the bus line 101 or 106 towards Setúbal. Once in Setúbal, transfer to bus line 5 (TST) towards Tróia. After arriving at the Tróia stop, it's a short 10-15 minute walk to Praiamar Tróia. The ferry costs around €4.50 one way, and the bus fare is approximately €2.
