Car
From Arrábida Natural Park, take the N379-1 road towards Setúbal. Continue on N379-1 until you reach the junction with the A2 motorway. Merge onto the A2 motorway in the direction of Lisbon. After about 30 minutes, take exit 14 towards Grândola. Follow the signs for Tróia and continue on the N253 road. Once you reach Tróia, follow the signs to Praiamar Tróia, located at Tróia, 7570-789 Grândola. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around €2-€5 per day.

From Setúbal, take the bus line 5 (TST) towards Tróia. The journey takes around 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the Tróia stop.
