From Caldas da Rainha, head to the Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Caldas da Rainha) located at Rua 1º de Maio, 8. You can walk there from the town center in about 10 minutes. Look for the buses heading towards Óbidos; they are frequent, especially during tourist season. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Óbidos bus stop, you will be about a 15-minute walk from the Medieval Market. Head left on Av. da Liberdade, then turn right onto Rua do Sítio, which leads you directly to the market.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Caldas da Rainha. Head towards the N8 road that connects Caldas da Rainha to Óbidos. Follow this road, which is about 8 km long and takes around 30-40 minutes to cycle. The route is mostly flat and scenic. Once you enter Óbidos, follow signs to the town center where the Medieval Market is held. You can park your bicycle securely at designated areas near the market.

Walking
Walking to Óbidos from Caldas da Rainha is a longer journey but very scenic. Start at the town center and head north on Av. 1º de Maio. Continue straight until you reach the N8 road. You can follow this road for about 8 km, which will take roughly 2 hours. There are some beautiful views along the way. When you arrive in Óbidos, follow the signs towards the town center where the Medieval Market is located.
