From Cascais train station, take the train towards Lisbon. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Setúbal station. Once you've arrived at Setúbal, exit the station and head to the bus stop outside the station. Catch the bus number 10 towards Palmela. It will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at Largo São João Baptista; the Mother House of Wine Route will be right in front of you.

From the Cascais city center, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Dom Carlos I. Take the bus number 403 towards Palmela. The bus ride will take around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Largo São João Baptista, the Mother House of Wine Route will be within walking distance, right at the square.
