Walking
If you are in central Cascais, start at the Cascais Train Station. Exit the station and walk towards the main street, Avenida Valbom. Continue straight, passing through the charming streets lined with shops and cafes. After about 15 minutes, you'll reach the seaside promenade. Turn left onto the promenade, which will lead you along the coastline. Follow the path for approximately 20 minutes, enjoying the views of the Atlantic Ocean. Keep walking until you see a sign for Praia da Duquesa. The beach will be on your right.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Cascais Train Station, head to the nearby bus stop located on Avenida General Álvaro de Castro. Look for the bus that goes towards 'Praia da Duquesa.' The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Praia da Duquesa' bus stop. From there, walk a short distance towards the beach, following the signs. The beach will be right in front of you.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in central Cascais. Start from the central square and head towards the seaside promenade. Follow the promenade to Praia da Duquesa.
