If you are in the center of Cascais, start at Praça 5 de Outubro. Head east on Rua do Comércio until you reach the Cascais train station (Estação de Cascais). From there, take the train towards Estoril. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Estoril station, exit the station and turn right onto Avenida de Sabóia. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes. You will pass by several cafés and shops. After a while, you will reach the beachfront area. Continue walking towards Praia do Estoril, following the signs to the beach. You will see the beach ahead as you approach.

From the Cascais center, head to Cascais train station (Estação de Cascais). Purchase a ticket to Estoril. Board the train heading to Estoril, which is approximately a 10-minute ride. After arriving at Estoril station, exit and take a left onto Avenida de Sabóia. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the beach area. Follow the promenade towards Praia do Estoril, and you will see the beach in front of you.

Start in the center of Cascais and rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Head towards the coastal promenade (Cascais-Estoril bike path). Cycle along the scenic route, which offers beautiful views of the ocean. The ride from Cascais to Praia do Estoril takes about 20-25 minutes.
