Car
From central Lisbon, take the A5 highway towards Cascais. Follow the signs for Estoril. After approximately 25 minutes, take the exit towards Estoril. Continue on Avenida de Sabóia until you reach the intersection with Rua da Praia. Turn left onto Rua da Praia, and continue straight. You will see signs for the beach and Pontão da praia do Tamariz. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a fee depending on the season.

Train
Take the Cascais Line train from Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon. Trains run frequently, approximately every 20 minutes. After about 30 minutes, disembark at Estoril station. From the station, exit and walk towards the beach. Follow the signs for Praia do Tamariz, which is about a 15-minute walk. You will pass through a pleasant area with shops and restaurants along the way.

From Lisbon, you can take the bus number 403 or 414 from the Campo de Ourique area, heading towards Cascais. Get off at the Estoril stop, which is near the town center. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Pontão da praia do Tamariz. Follow Rua de Lisboa towards the beach, and you will see signs guiding you to the waterfront.
