From central Lisbon, take the A5 highway towards Cascais. Follow the signs for Estoril. After approximately 25 minutes, take the exit towards Estoril. Continue on Avenida de Sabóia until you reach the intersection with Rua da Praia. Turn left onto Rua da Praia, and continue straight. You will see signs for the beach and Pontão da praia do Tamariz. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a fee depending on the season.

Take the Cascais Line train from Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon. Trains run frequently, approximately every 20 minutes. After about 30 minutes, disembark at Estoril station.
