Start your journey at any metro station in Lisbon. If you are near the city center, take the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. Transfer to the Green Line (Linha Verde) at the Baixa-Chiado station, heading towards Cais do Sodré. Once you reach Cais do Sodré, exit the metro and walk to the adjacent bus terminal. Take bus number 207 towards Sesimbra. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the 'Sesimbra' bus stop. From there, it's about a 30-minute walk to Baleeira Beach, following the signs towards the beach or using a map app.

Begin at the Rossio station, which is accessible via the Lisbon Metro. Take a train to Sintra and get off at the last stop. From Sintra station, take the train to Setúbal. Once in Setúbal, head to the bus terminal and board bus number 552 towards Sesimbra. Get off at the 'Baleeira Beach' stop. The beach is just a short walk from the bus stop.
