After disembarking from the ferry at Praça do Comércio, walk towards the bus stop at Rua da Prata. From there, catch bus number 101 towards 'Cacilhas' and get off at the stop 'Av. Dom João I'.

Once you disembark the bus at 'Av. Dom João I', you can walk to Calçada Dom João I. It's a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Head south on Avenida Dom João I, and you'll find the garden area directly ahead at the end of the avenue.
