Getting There

Train
To reach the Interpretation Center of Torres Lines in Sobral de Monte Agraço from Lisbon, start by heading to the Rossio Railway Station (Estação do Rossio). You can take the metro (Blue Line) to Restauradores station, which is very close to the Rossio station. Once at Rossio, purchase a ticket for the train to 'Sintra.' Board the train and enjoy the scenic ride. You'll need to change trains at 'Areeiro' station. At Areeiro, switch to the train heading towards 'Azenhas do Mar' or 'Torres Vedras.' After about 30 minutes of travel, get off at 'Sobral de Monte Agraço' station. From the station, it's a 10-minute walk to the Interpretation Center. Exit the station, head towards Praça Dr. Eugénio Dias, and when you arrive at the square, you will find the center at number 12.

Bus
From Lisbon, you can take a bus to Sobral de Monte Agraço. Head to the Sete Rios bus station (Estação de Sete Rios) which can be reached by taking the metro to Jardim Zoológico station (Blue Line). Once at Sete Rios, find the ticket counter for buses heading towards Sobral de Monte Agraço. Purchase a ticket and board the bus. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. When you arrive at the Sobral de Monte Agraço bus terminal, exit the station and walk towards Praça Dr. Eugénio Dias. The Interpretation Center will be located at number 12 in the square.

If you prefer a more direct method of transport, you can take a taxi or use a ridesharing app like Bolt or Uber. Simply set your destination as 'Praça Dr. Eugénio Dias 12, Sobral de Monte Agraço.'
