If you are driving from Braga, take the A11 highway towards Porto. After about 30 kilometers, merge onto the A3 highway towards Porto. Take exit 8 towards N14/Porto and continue for 5 km. Follow the signs for São Félix Hill, which is well-marked. The last segment includes a steep drive up the hill. There is free parking available at the top.
