Car
From Portimão, head east on the N125 road. Follow the signs for Lagoa and continue on N125 for about 12 km. As you approach Lagoa, take the exit towards Estr. de Benagil. Continue on Estr. de Benagil for about 3 km until you reach the trailhead for Sete Vales Trekking, located at Estr. de Benagil 8400, Lagoa. There is usually free parking available along the road.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Portimão, go to the Portimão Bus Station, which is located in the city center. Take the bus to Lagoa. The bus service is operated by EVA Transportes and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Lagoa, you can either walk or take a taxi to Estr. de Benagil, which is about 3 km away. If walking, head northeast on Avenida da Liberdade, then turn right onto Estr. de Benagil and continue for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the trekking area.
