    From Portimão, head east on the N125 road. Follow the signs for Lagoa and continue on N125 for about 12 km. As you approach Lagoa, take the exit towards Estr. de Benagil. Continue on Estr. de Benagil for about 3 km until you reach the trailhead for Sete Vales Trekking, located at Estr. de Benagil 8400, Lagoa. There is usually free parking available along the road.
