From Faro city center, walk to the Faro Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Faro), which is located at Av. da República. Purchase a ticket to Lagoa or Carvoeiro. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Lagoa, transfer to the local bus service that goes to Carvoeiro. The bus stop in Lagoa is just a short walk from the main bus station. After arriving at Carvoeiro, follow the signs towards the beach, specifically Praia do Carvoeiro.

Upon reaching Praia do Carvoeiro, head towards the beach and look for signs indicating 'Benagil'. You will need to walk along the coastline for approximately 30 minutes. Follow the scenic path along the cliffs until you reach Benagil Beach. Once at Benagil Beach, look for the Blue Xperiences SUP meeting point, which is located near the entrance to the beach area.
