Walking
If you are starting from the Livraria Lello (a popular bookstore), exit to Rua das Carmelitas and head southwest towards Rua de Passos Manuel. Turn left onto Rua de Passos Manuel and walk until you reach Praça da República. Continue straight until you arrive at Praça de Carlos Alberto. From there, take Rua de Camões and continue straight. After a short walk, you'll reach Rua do Almada. Turn left and walk until you reach the end of the street. You will find Passeio das Virtudes on your right, where the viewpoint is located.

Public Transport (Metro)
If you are near a metro station, take the Line D (Yellow Line) towards Santo Ovídio. Get off at the São Bento station. From the station, exit and walk towards the north along Rua de Ferreira Borges. Continue straight until you reach Praça da Ribeira. Then, head up the hill on Rua de São Francisco and follow the road until you reach Rua do Almada. Turn left and continue until you find Passeio das Virtudes on your right.

If you are at Aliados Square, find the bus stop for line 600 or 602. Take the bus towards Foz do Douro. Get off at the stop named 'Cordoaria' (it is a short ride). From there, walk along Rua de Monte dos Judeus until you reach the end of the street. Then, turn right onto Passeio das Virtudes, which will lead you to the viewpoint.
