Walking
From the Setúbal train station, head east on Avenida Luísa Todi towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the Praça do Brasil, a small square near the harbor. At the square, turn right onto Rua da Liberdade. Follow this road until you reach the end and then take a left onto Rua da Baixa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua dos Três Reis. Turn right here and walk straight for about 10-15 minutes. You will eventually see the signs pointing towards Lisbon, as Escadinhas da Saúde is located in Lisbon, approximately 30 km from Setúbal.

From Setúbal city center, walk to the bus terminal located near the main square, Praça do Brasil. Look for the bus line that goes to Lisbon (Lisboa). You can take either the bus 123 or 130, which frequently run to Lisbon. Once you arrive in Lisbon, get off at the stop 'Marquês de Pombal'. From there, you can walk towards the nearby Avenida da Liberdade, then take a left onto Rua das Pretas. Continue until you reach the Escadinhas da Saúde, which will be on your right.

Go to the Setúbal train station and purchase a ticket to Lisbon. Board the train heading to Lisboa (Lisbon). The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lisbon train station (Lisboa - Santa Apolónia), exit the station and head towards the main street, Rua da Regueira. Take a left and continue walking until you reach Rua do Paraíso. From there, follow the signs towards Escadinhas da Saúde; it will be a short walk.
