If you are near the Setúbal waterfront, start by heading east along the Avenida Luísa Todi towards the Praça do Brasil. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the avenue. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua da Liberdade, heading north. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Rua do Comércio. Turn left onto Rua do Comércio and continue for approximately 400 meters, where you will find Heart & Soul Tours located on your right.

From Setúbal's main bus station (Terminal Rodoviário), take the bus number 15 towards Troia. Get off at the stop near Praça do Brasil. From there, walk along Avenida Luísa Todi heading east. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rua do Comércio. Turn left and Heart & Soul Tours will be on your right after about 400 meters.
