From Setúbal, head to the Setúbal Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal) located on Av. 5 de Outubro. Take Bus number 552 towards Azeitão. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Azeitão' stop. From there, walk for about 10 minutes along R. da Liberdade, then turn left onto R. José Augusto Coelho. The House & Museum José Maria Da Fonseca will be on your right at number 12a.
