If you're driving from Sintra, take the IC19 road towards Lisbon. Follow the IC19 until you reach the A5 motorway entrance. Merge onto the A5 and continue until you see the signs for Lisbon. Once parked, walk towards Alto do Parque, located at Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira.

To reach Alto do Parque by public transportation from Sintra, take the train from Sintra station towards Lisbon (Cascais line). Get off at the Rossio station. From Rossio, walk to the Praça da Figueira and catch the tram 28 or bus 758 towards Campo de Ourique. Get off at the stop for Parque Eduardo VII, then walk to Alto do Parque located at Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira.
