Car
If you are driving, head towards Lisbon city center. From the A37 (IC19) highway, take the exit towards Avenida de Berna and continue on this road until you reach the roundabout at Praça de Espanha. Take the first exit onto Avenida de Roma, then follow the signs for the Areeiro neighborhood. Continue straight until you reach R. Marques da Silva. The Miradouro da Penha de França will be on your left. There is limited parking on the street, so be mindful of parking regulations.

Public Transportation
To reach the Miradouro da Penha de França by public transport, start at the Sintra train station. Take the train to Rossio station in Lisbon, which takes about 30 minutes. From Rossio, exit the station and walk to the metro station 'Rossio'. Take the green line towards Cais do Sodré and get off at 'Baixa-Chiado'. Change to the blue line towards Santa Apolónia and get off at 'Alameda'. From there, you can take bus 718 or 735 towards 'Penha de França'. Get off at the 'Penha de França' stop, and the viewpoint will be a short walk from there.
