Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards the A5 motorway from your current location in Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Get on A5 from N247-2. Continue on A5 for about 15 km, then take exit 10 towards Oeiras. After exiting, follow the signs for Oeiras and continue on the N6 road. After about 3 km, turn right onto R. A Gazeta d'Oeiras. Parque dos Poetas will be on your left after about 500 meters. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Parque dos Poetas using public transportation, first, make your way to Sintra train station. Take the train to Oeiras station (trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes). Once you arrive at Oeiras station, exit and head towards the bus stop located just outside the station. Board the bus number 150 or 160, which will take you towards the center of Oeiras. Get off at the stop called 'R. A Gazeta d'Oeiras.' From there, walk approximately 5 minutes to Parque dos Poetas. Follow R. A Gazeta d'Oeiras until you see the park on your right.
