Walking
From the center of Culebra, head to the ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, take a ferry to Fajardo on the main island of Puerto Rico. After arriving at Fajardo, you will need to take a taxi or an Uber to El Yunque National Forest. The visitor center, El Portal de El Yunque, is located at PR-191, Río Grande, 00745. Inform your driver that you're going to El Yunque Visitor Center. The drive will take approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transportation
From Culebra, take the ferry to Fajardo. After disembarking, look for the public buses that head towards Río Grande or El Yunque. You may have to wait for the next bus, as schedules can vary. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at the El Yunque Visitor Center stop on PR-191. The bus ride may take around 1-1.5 hours.
