Follow the signs and walk towards the coastline, which should take about 20-30 minutes.
Public Bus
From Luquillo, find the nearest bus stop along PR-3. You can take the public bus that travels towards Fajardo. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off near Playa San Miguel, as they are familiar with this location. The bus ride may take about 10-15 minutes, and from the bus stop, it will require a short walk eastward to reach the beach.
