Getting There

    From the Block Island Ferry terminal, head northwest on Water Street towards Chapel Street. Turn left onto Chapel Street and continue straight until you reach the main intersection with Old Town Road. Turn right onto Old Town Road and follow it until you reach the main road leading to the beaches. After about a 15-minute walk, you will see the sign for the Old Harbor. At Old Harbor, you will need to take a ferry to Newport, which takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Newport, make your way to Bellevue Avenue by walking straight from the ferry terminal for about 10 minutes. Chateau-sur-Mer will be located at 474 Bellevue Ave, on your right side.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops near the Block Island Ferry terminal. Once you have your bike, head northwest on Water Street, then left onto Chapel Street. Continue on this path until you reach the intersection with Old Town Road. Turn right and cycle along Old Town Road until you reach the Old Harbor area. Board the ferry to Newport, and upon arrival, bike towards Bellevue Avenue, which is about a 10-minute ride from the ferry terminal. Chateau-sur-Mer will be on your right at 474 Bellevue Ave.
