From the Block Island Ferry terminal, head south toward Water Street. Turn right onto Water Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Old Town Road. Turn left onto Old Town Road and continue until you reach the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn right onto Chapel Street, and follow it as it curves to the left becoming West Side Road. Continue until you reach the intersection with Touro Street. Turn left onto Touro Street and walk a short distance to reach Queen Anne Square at 51 Touro St.

If you have rented a bike, start from the Block Island Ferry terminal and ride south along Water Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Old Town Road. Turn left onto Old Town Road and bike towards Chapel Street. Turn right onto Chapel Street. Keep cycling until Chapel Street turns into West Side Road. Continue biking until you reach Touro Street. Turn left onto Touro Street, and Queen Anne Square will be on your right at 51 Touro St.
