From Napatree Point Conservation Area, head east on Napatree Point Rd towards Watch Hill Rd. Continue straight to merge onto Watch Hill Rd. After about 1.5 miles, turn right onto Fort Rd. Continue for approximately 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Wilcox Rd. Turn left onto Wilcox Rd. Knox Preserve will be on your right at 84 Wilcox Rd, Stonington, CT 06378.

From Napatree Point Conservation Area, walk to the nearest bus stop on Watch Hill Rd. Take the RIPTA bus (Route 66) towards Westerly. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop for Wilcox Rd. Walk approximately 0.5 miles north on Wilcox Rd to reach Knox Preserve, located at 84 Wilcox Rd, Stonington, CT 06378.

If you prefer cycling, leave Napatree Point Conservation Area and head east on Napatree Point Rd.
