Continue for approximately 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Wilcox Rd. Turn left onto Wilcox Rd. Knox Preserve will be on your right at 84 Wilcox Rd, Stonington, CT 06378.

    From Napatree Point Conservation Area, walk to the nearest bus stop on Watch Hill Rd. Take the RIPTA bus (Route 66) towards Westerly. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop for Wilcox Rd. Walk approximately 0.5 miles north on Wilcox Rd to reach Knox Preserve, located at 84 Wilcox Rd, Stonington, CT 06378.
