Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start by heading to Fort Rd in Westerly, RI 02891. From any location in Washington County, use the nearest major road to connect to US-1 South. Follow US-1 South until you reach the exit for RI-78 toward Watch Hill. Continue on RI-78, which will lead you directly to Watch Hill. Once you enter Watch Hill, follow the signs to Fort Rd. The Napatree Point Conservation Area is located at the end of Fort Rd, with parking available nearby.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Napatree Point via public transportation, take a local bus to Westerly. You can use the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus services. From the Westerly bus station, you may need to take a taxi or rideshare service to get to Fort Rd, as public transit may not directly service this area. • Biking/Walking

  If you are already in the nearby areas, you can bike or walk to Napatree Point Conservation Area. There are beautiful scenic routes leading to the area, especially along the coast.
