If you are in downtown Providence, head south on Washington Street toward the intersection with South Street. Continue straight as Washington Street becomes South Street. The Providence Children's Museum will be on your left at 100 South Street. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the State House.

From Kennedy Plaza, take the R-Line bus heading towards the South Station. Get off at the South Main St & Point St stop. From there, walk east on Point Street until you reach South Street. Turn left on South Street and the Providence Children's Museum will be on your right at 100 South Street. This trip takes about 20 minutes.

If you have access to a bike, you can bike from downtown Providence. Start on the Riverwalk heading south and then take the bike lane on South Main Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with South Street, then turn left. The museum will be on your right at 100 South Street. The bike ride will take approximately 10 minutes.
