Getting There

Walking
From the center of Chiesanuova, head down Viale della Libertà towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Giardini. Turn right onto Via dei Giardini and continue walking until you reach the bus stop at the corner of Viale Bruno Buozzi. From there, take bus number 1 towards Urbino. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Urbino bus station, exit the station and walk straight onto Viale Bruno Buozzi. Follow this road for about 10 minutes, and you will see Fortezza Albornoz on your left.

If you prefer to take a bus, start at the main square in Chiesanuova. Walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the corner of Viale della Libertà. Take bus number 1 heading to Urbino. The bus trip will take about 20 minutes. Disembark at the Urbino bus station. After exiting the bus, walk along Viale Bruno Buozzi for approximately 10 minutes. The Fortezza Albornoz will be on your left side as you approach the fortress.
