Car
If you are driving to Ishmajoso Lodge from Port Loko District, start by heading south on the main road towards the city of Freetown. Follow the signs leading to Freetown and keep an eye out for the junction that connects to the Western Area. After approximately 70 kilometers, you will reach the outskirts of Freetown. Continue towards Adonkia, where Ishmajoso Lodge is located at 15 Graceland. The lodge is positioned close to the main road, making it easier to spot. Parking is available on-site.

Public Transportation
To reach Ishmajoso Lodge using public transportation, take a shared taxi or a bus from Port Loko to Freetown. The journey will take about 2-3 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Freetown, head to the central taxi rank and find a taxi heading towards Adonkia. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to 15 Graceland. Once you arrive in Adonkia, you can walk to the lodge, which is nearby. Keep an eye out for local signs to guide you.

Motorbike Taxi
Another option is to use a motorbike taxi, known locally as 'okadas.' From the center of Port Loko, you can hire an okada to take you directly to Ishmajoso Lodge. This is a faster option and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. The okada riders are familiar with the area, so you can simply tell them you want to go to 15 Graceland in Adonkia, Freetown. Be sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
